We bake all our products from scratch, using quality fresh ingredients that are always suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Our kitchens are completely vegetarian, so there is never a risk of cross-contamination. We don’t use any artificial colours or preservatives but we do incorporate a splash of colour in some of our products, using vegetarian food colouring.
Our products are free from eggs and dairy products, but they contain wheat flour so are not suitable for people with an intolerance or allergy to gluten (we may introduce gluten-free versions if there’s enough demand from customers, so please let us know if you would be interested in this). Our products are made in a kitchen that uses nuts, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee their suitability for people with nut allergies.
Everything we bake is from unique recipes; unique because we have developed them ourselves. Many, many cookies were consumed during our testing period! We think they taste great and we hope you do too. Our cookies are BIG! The Cookie Favourites rang are all around 10-11cm diameter (though because they’re made by hand they’re not all perfectly round).
Our staff are qualified to Level 2 in Food Hygiene and our kitchen is registered with our local authority, as required by law.
